Absolutely delighted with what Champion Law did for us. Our old, traditional End User License Agreement needed throwing out and replacing with something far more in-keeping with of our type of business. I’m an electrician and own my own business. I’m also a property developer and have other business ventures on the side. My overheads are big enough without the added expense of solicitors. Being friends with Fergus came as a big advantage when I was looking to take on the licence of a café within a holiday park. The board of directors was expecting a full breakdown of exactly how I was going to run the café and they even expected me to bare the legal costs of drafting the licence agreement as well. Thankfully, Fergus was on hand to manage it all at a brilliant price. He quickly drafted all the necessary documentation, and in the process discovered there was no, what he called, ‘good will’ in the business premises, as every business that had been there before, had failed. He questioned the £6000 the directors were asking up front for the first 6 months, and by the time he had finished and I gave to the directors his proposed licence agreement, they let me have the premises for free for the first 3 months so I could gauge if I could run a profitable business. As it turned out, I couldn’t, but going to Fergus, I was able to display some legal muscle, which earned me the respect I needed and saved me £6000!
I’ve also gone to Fergus for many other things. He’s drafted many letters before action for difficult clients, drafted my terms of business, quotes, and invoices, and even helped me to file court documents. Paying a solicitor to do these things was out of the question, and I would have been stuck without Fergus.

We have been through a number of logical stages with the case and have ended up with a very clear position in a complicated case in which we have looked at documents and all of the physical and electronic evidence, cited case law to back up our case and now have a very strong position which, should we require, we are ready to use to issue proceedings.
